Tryout Meetings
Attendance at a tryout meeting prior to your age groups tryout is mandatory for all coaches. These will be held in-person at your location or otherwise noted by your site director. We will be going over tryout staffing, the tryout process, and how offers are made for our club.
10’s-14’s Age Group
15’s-18’s age Group
Rust BUsters & Tryouts
Coaches are asked to be present for all Rust Busters and Tryouts for their assigned age group plus an additional 5 tryout sessions outside of their assigned age group. Please complete your Availability Form (below) and select all sessions you are available to attend. You WILL NOT be assigned to work all sessions you marked as “available.” Once your Availability Form is completed check the Staffing Schedule for your assignments.
Team Meetings
All teams will schedule an evening to hold their Team Meetings Virtually for Grand Park. Coaches will formally introduce the coaching staff, players, and families. In addition to introductions, coaches will cover the expectations of the parents, players, and review the tournament schedule. Some teams will have waivers that cannot be signed electronically.
Additionally Information Kiosks will be set up for families to visit and ask questions about club avenues including: Tournaments, Travel, Fundraising, Work Opportunities, etc.

Team Orientation
All Elite teams will go through Team Orientation where we will perform officiating training as well as learn our club wide dynamic warmup. Date & Times TBD.
